Seeking Directors for 2013/2014 Season

We are currently accepting Applications to Direct in 2013-2014!

Interested directors should be prepared to provide a 15-20 min presentation on the following:

- Your directing experience & history
- Play synopsis & style
- Characters & casting
- Production style & vision
- Budget Awareness
- Requirements for Set, Costume, Lighting, Sound, Make-up, etc.
- Scenic models or drawings are not required

and we will confirm your eligibility and set a presentation time.

Please Note:
This is a non-paid volunteer position. Rehearsals are generally 7-8 weeks in duration (Tuesday Eve. / Thursday Eve. / Sunday) Rehearsals and production construction will be held at "Backstage", our production facility. The production runs for 4 performances at the Flato Markham Theatre. Applicant should have own transportation.

Our 2013 - 2014 Season consist of four plays, and we are currently looking for directors for "Old Love".

Performance Dates: Feb 5 - 8, 2014

He's recently divorced. She's newly-widowed. At her husband's funeral, an old aquaintance emerges to pay his respects, leading to a re-awakening of forgotten emotions. Old Love is a story of romance, courtship and relationships between older adults.
